This question can be answered if you are honest with yourself and just want to prove that you are the best person for the job.Questions to ask yourself include the following: Have I been actively searching for my current job? If you haven't had the chance to show the ability that is needed, then you aren't being proactive.Have I written my resume well? If you don't have the skills that are required in your field, you may be better off choosing a different field than a career path that will force you to learn more skills. The next question to ask yourself will be to know if you are prepared to give the best answer to these questions. If you are not prepared, you may never get the job after your interview.
